Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your free electronic upgrade to VMware Workstation 14. If you purchased VMware Workstation 12.5 from a VMware Authorised Distributor on or after 22 August 2017, you must submit your licence key(s) and proof of purchase online from the start of general availability of Workstation 14 to receive your free licence key for VMware Workstation 14. You do not need to do anything else to receive your upgrade.

Please understand that it may take up to 48 hours from the start of Workstation 14 general availability for you to receive your new license key.

If you purchased VMware Workstation 12.5 from the VMware Online Store or a VMware Authorized Partner on or after 22 August 2017, you will automatically receive your new VMware Workstation 14 license key by email when Workstation 14 becomes generally available. Customers who purchase VMware Workstation 12.5 on or after 22 August 2017 are covered by the Technology Guarantee Program for VMware Workstation and are eligible for a free electronic upgrade to VMware Workstation 14 when it becomes generally available:
